Commissions - terms of service
Reposting my art you did't commission is allowed, as long as the commissioner consents and receives proper credit to the character.
I accept forms of payment such as art or merch - more info in the payment section.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms.

  • Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased.

  • My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.

  • AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs. AI fee is $999.

  • If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

  • PAYMENTS & FEES

  • You're paying the price you've ordered. If I change the price on my pricelist after you order – it doesn't affect you.

  • Payment is after your approval of the sketch.

  • Payments should be paid fully within 1 week or will be declined.

  • A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of 100$ applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.

  • DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • TAT is up to 1 month, but full art is usually delievered within one week.

  • I will keep you updated if delays occur.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS - I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. With the exception of NDAs,) I may use the artwork to:

  • Promote myself and my services.

  • Post on social media and in my portfolio.

  • Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).

  • REFUNDS

  • I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.

  • You may cancel before payment is made. Once payment is received, refunds are not available.

  • Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

  • Filing a chargeback will forfeit your rights to use the artwork, place you on a public blacklist (with evidence), allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.

  • COMMISSIONER RIGHTS - You may:

  • Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).

  • Print the art for yourself.

  • Post it on Social Media (including usage for profile pictures) with credit to my account, or – if it doesn't apply to the site – credit to my carrd.

  • I don't mind modifying my art slightly, like adding filters, shifting colors, or using the liquify tool.

  • You may NOT:

  • Use the artwork commercially without permission.

  • Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.

  • Remove signatures/watermarks. (You can ask me to move it.)

  • Resell or redistribute the artwork.

  • Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.

  • BLACKLIST POLICY

  • Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist and a formal complaint.

I usually grant discounts if you've ordered a lot from me - so group arts, reference sheets with multiple drawings, etc. Depending on the piece, I price them all individually.
Commercial use fees: Streamer Commercial Use ($25 USD) and Merchandise Commercial Use ($60 USD).
Additional fees may apply depending on service.

If you're uploading the character made by me on toyhou.se – credit my profile as the creator.
The character is yours now, you can do anything with it EXCEPT selling it for higher price than the one you bought it for (unless the character has more artwork now).
Credit me for the original drawing of the character, but you don't have to do it everytime you use the design.

You can show me your characters for sale, I can pay for them with art if I like them!
Don't be afraid to ask for payment with furry props like ears, any merchendise, figurines or plushies from any fandoms!
You can ask for an art trade instead of paying for your commission with money.
I don't take art trades from everyone, but don't be ashamed to ask!
Your max TAT should be a month
TOS still applies to you, just without the payment parts
